1) Put the 3 chocolate stick into 50.c water untill the chocolate become liquid.
2) Cut the top of the stick and now you can start to make your own chocolate apollo by squeezing the chocolate into the plate.
3) Shake the plate gently to make sure the chocolate stay in the shape perfectly.
4) Refrigerate it 30 minutes. Remove the chocolate from the plate. Enjoy!
